They are nice, sweet, friendly and very helpful. I like the way they give you 288 batteries with new hearing aid.

The customer service at Beltone is unmatched in the industry in my opinion. My mom bought hearing aids almost 2 years ago and they are still taking care of my mom as often as she needs to go in. They make any adjustments, clean them, replace the filters and really listen to my mom. She suffers from profound hearing loss and we have tried at least 4 other hearing aid brands over the years.
