It was very nice that Dana came yo the nursing home for a hearing test for my aunt

Very good experience with the technician. The ear defenders were supposed to be ready in 2 weeks. It took 5 weeks. There was no explanation given.
Very happy I went to Beltone here in Detroit Lakes. Dana is great to work with, did a great job getting me started with hearing aids. I never knew what I was missing.
We have always had great service from Belltone, especially Dana in Detroit Lakes office. He has taken care of my mother's hearing needs for several years. He makes my mother comfortable and at ease, almost like talking with family. Highly recommend.
