Roy Andrews did a great job with my hearing test/evaluation. He explained my current status and how a hearing aid could help me. No high-pressure sales - very open and relaxed.
Have been fitted by Roy with the Beltone Envision and I could not be happier. Roy was outstanding. He took all my needs into consideration when helping me choose my hearing aids. Compassionate and professional. Pat is so kind and very thorough. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
I have had 5 devices over several decades and after 6 weeks these are the best. My experience with the staff and specialist has been the best of my previous providers. I have significant hearing lost and had given up and started learning ASL. Now I believe I understand 95% of what is said to me.
Just a fabulous experience with the folks at Beltone in Rochester - pat sets the pace with courtesy and professionalism in an easily accessible office location with parking right out door - a comfortable waiting and spacious waiting room - which isn’t used long as your in with Roy the hearing care guru who provides a customized snd effective solution efficiently and quickly - best hearing assist product on the market - so very thankful for all they’ve done and highly recommend their expertise
