Casey Fletcher has been very helpful regarding evaluating my hearing loss and setting my hearing aids at the best level for me. His personality and professionalism may earn a life long customer.
Was hesitant at first, but found out I was deaf. Casey Fletcher did a great job explaining where I had hearing loss. The beltone hearing aids he set me up with had new features that my old ones did not. They also have good follow-up.
My aunts hearing aid needed servicing,. Casey delived the hearing aid in the freezing cold. He is a nice young man. It's a nice office to be honest.
My mother purchased hearing aids from them a few years ago, and I was not involoved, but when I did get more involved, I was shocked at how much they wanted to charge my elderly mother for new hearing aids, and also insisted that her medicare doesn't cover hearing aids. She was being way overcharged. My cousin is in Angela Hospice and was experiencing difficulty with her hearing aids. As she was unable to physically go to the facility , I placed a call to inquire about other options. I spoke with Lisa , explained the situation and she advised that she would call me back. A return call was received within ten minutes and I was told that Casey had a cancellation at 10:30 am and he would be happy to come in, that very day!
