Very professional and super friendly. 100% pleased with hearing aids. These hearing aids have been life changing. I like the quarterly appts.
A big thank you to Mrs Tracy McClelland & Matthew Presley for putting me on there schedule so early this morning & helping me with hearing aides issues. I could barely hear anything out my right hearing aide or either of my ears. I met Mr Matthew who took my hearing aide & hearing issues. He tested my hearing & told my wife & I the results wasn’t good news but readjusted my hearing aides to help & told us that I’m a good candidate for cochlear implants.
