There always nice and make you feel comfortable, having a hearing disability is not easy but working with someone who know’s what your going through makes it so much easier, great customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff! They were very through in the examination, explained the results clearly and answered my questions. I can highly recommend them! Edit: WOW! My hubby absolutely loves his hearing aids! Caitlin has been fantastic to deal with as he learned how to navigate all the bells and whistles that are part of them. I've been truly impressed with the care he's received after purchasing the hearing aids! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
