My first experience with the Beltone Co. I was very impressed with this facility and the staff in charge. From the front desk manager, who gathered all my personal information, to the Hearing Tech, who explained the procedure of what was going to take place. I was informed about the hearing test and how it would be given and what was expected of me. The test itself was quite comfortable and not confusing at all.
