We had a poor experience with a staff in another city, and my mother’s hearing aids still needed to be attended to, she was being moved to a rehab facility in Shelby after a medical issue. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this establishment. From the moment I was greeted by Wendy until I left and was escorted out by the doctor. He listened to my concerns and was completely honest with my hearing aid options. When I left not only did I have a set of hearing aids but also I purchased a tv streamer. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is having concerns or doubts about hearing and hearing aids
