They provide good, friendly service, and after I got my hearing aids, they continue to schedule me to keep them clean. There was almost no wait time today - just long enough for me to provide them with my information. They also have offices in numerous places! When I need to reschedule, they are very patient and helpful, and they send appointent reminders, which I need!
Very nice and helpful people with good service too.
My appointment was timely, my testing revealed my hearing problem, and the personnel were very friendly.
