Scott did a thorough job testing my hearing. He was seemingly very knowledgeable. My hearing is very bad and he warned me he wasn't sure his aids were any better than what I already had. I went ahead and bought the best pair he had, according to my insurance plan. Even though I had a 60 day trial period, he asked that if I wasn't going to keep them that I bring them back within 45 days.
