The staff is attentive to my needs. When dealing with hearing aids, and the ever evolving technology, there is always something new that an old guy like me may not understand. Rob, and Tony, as well as the rest of the staff make it a priority to help me solve issues and then educate me in the processes so that I’m better able to solve simpler issues on my own. Highly recommend.
