First, I mistakenly scheduled two appointments at the same time on the same day. The Beltone office was gracious and found a new time on the same day so I could make both appointments. Then Seth, was a great help, he cleaned my hearing aids, gave me a hearing test, explained why the test was necessary, checked my ears, and was very professional. My appointment was on time and efficient.
First time purchasing hearing aids. Very professional staff. I would recommend them to family and friends
