I had a great experience working with Liz in the Carlisle store. She was very knowledgeable throughout the testing and sales process. She has been happy to help with any questions or issues that have come up since I got them. It is so great to be able to hear all the people around me now. Beltone is a great company to work with, I recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids.
Tracy checked my ears for any buildup, gave me a hearing test and then went over the results. She then gave me options for new hearing aids. Very professional and caring
