They are the absolute best. I experienced the most professional in depth hearing test from Mrs Swartz that I've ever had. Everything was explained in depth and throughout the whole office visit. I highly recommend Very professional.
It may seem strange to look forward to appointments at a hearing aid office, but I do! I thoroughly enjoy talking and laughing with Sandy and Lisa. At checkout we always share a few funny memes or short videos, so I leave in the best of spirits, having had a little sweet snack as well. Sandy is so knowledgeable and comforting when I find that my hearing level has gone down, once again. She will recalibrate my device and advise me to wear it all of the time, which I am guilty of not doing. I really cannot say enough good thin... read more
