The gentleman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had a broken hearing aid and couldn't afford to have it repaired. He checked my insurance and suggested I get a new set. Mine were old and my hearing has decreased over the years. He helped me find a better pair of aids that were more appropriate for my needs and that my insurance would pay for. I am very satisfied with his service and also grateful for his help.
