I bought hearing aids in April 2024 for my 89 yr old mother in Statesboro, Ga. We needed nationwide service for the aids as she relocated to Bangor, Maine. Beltone initially refused to service the aids as they stated that they had no paperwork on the account and had no access to other stores records. In November they agreed to an adjustment but said that any further assistance would require her original bill of sale and purchase agreement as Beltone in Bangor, Maine has no way to contact Beltone Nationwide? Customer service is great. Staff is very professional. My experience at Beltone was great.
