I needed my hearing aids turned up. Ric was so good to get them adjusted. Cleaned them too. Was a very busy day for him,but I appreciated him seeing me as I was a walk in.
Dr Ric was amazing. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk with and went above and beyond to help me.
Ric was great to work with and made sure I was satisfied with my new hearing aids.
