Today, I took the test again and Jeremy explained more today about the test, my sounds, the importance of volume and serviced my aids.
The staff at Beltone are very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy worked so well with my father. His questions showed a true concern of my Dad’s needs. The solutions that he offered were proof that he had listened. Now the hearing aids will truly assist my dad’s ability to hear. Great service received. I highly recommend them.
