Great front office courteousness and technician/engineer was very knowledgeable and good at providing logical explanations. This visit was great! Re adjusted my hearing aids and changed out my left dome and it made all the difference. Thanks Max!

Very thorough visit. Answered questions that we had. Best visit we’ve had at Beltone was with Max. Receptionist in Portsmouth office was very helpful with insurance.
Staff friendly & very helpful in a timely manner & as always ‘problem w/hearing aide’ taken care of immediately-retrained Paul w/cleaning properly & keeping hearing aides recharged & ordered recheck in couple months for re-assesssment to make sure hearing aides are kept clean & recharged properly! New Hearing Care Practitioner Max Simpson very nice & helpful!
