Laina and her staff at Beltone in Rome provided care for my mother-in-law that went far above and beyond our expectations. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication will forever be remembered and appreciated by our family. Thanks to Laina, she now has new hearing aids that will bring her comfort and joy. The staff were very nice and told me everything they would be doing during the testing before it happened. Of course I cannot comment on the actual hearing aide because it will be about a week before it is ready.
Beltone offered a FREE audio test so I made an appointment. The office was clean and pleasant. The front office staff were helpful and efficient. audiologist was professional and helpful. She discovered that needed to have ear wax removed before she could give me the audio test. I didn't know that I even had that problem. She gave me information on contacting my doctor to clear this up. Done! Went back and proceeded with the audio test. All for Free! Very pleased with my experience at Belton.
