My 93-year-old grandmother got hornswoggled by this company after I took her there after they lied to her about being a beltone hearing aid retailer and servicer which she had beltone hearing aids he then had the consultation with her and I was asking too many questions so I was asked to leave the room he wound up selling her 3,500 dollar hearing aids she didn't need when she complained about them he attempted several workarounds so that we would use up our 5-day return period and then gloated that we had used our 5-day term... read more

Was extremely unpleased when my grandmother got hearing aids and was told she couldn't return them when she was unhappy. An old lady sat and cried about wanting her old hearing aids while the state certified retail monkey bullied her into keeping the equipment beyond the 5 day return period ( hint: other companies offer a 45 day trial period for hearing aids; do yourselves a favor go to someone who cares about the customer)
