My earring aid had ceased working inspite of my cleaning it. I called my local office. They said to come right in so they could help me. In ten minutes my earring aid was restored and I was back among the hearing. It could not have been better

They are timely with appointments and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. My grandmother always feels well taken care of, and I appreciate the care and patience they show her each visit.
