Courteous and professional staff.
Staff is friendly. All my questions were answered . The usage of my hearing aid was clarified again. They are a nice team.
Have had hearing aids for 3 years. This visit was a test of current hearing status. It lead to reprogramming the aids to current hearing. Was very pleased. Can now hear better. Recommended debrox for controlling ear wax.
After recovery from a severe ear infection I imagined a loss of hearing. I called Beltone for assistance. Dr. Williams immediately did an overall maintenance review of my hearing aids and did a comparison hearing test that confirmed the loss. Dr. Williams was very professional in her work yet a very personable and gentle lady. I was made to feel very comfortable during my appointment. I would recommend Beltone and Dr. Williams to family and friends when experiencing hearing issues.
