Today was my first experience and it was quite thorough. To start it was my tinnitus that brought me in. Ashley got things going then right in to Weston for the testing. He was able to explain my problems so I understood them and the loss in my hearing. We tried on a set of hearing aids and I gotta say, right then my tinnitus was nearly gone. The staff at Beltone were professional, friendly, and courteous.The hearing consultant informed me of wax buildup in my ears, which he showed me on the otiscope. I went to urgent care and had it removed. I will have a hearing test next month. (October)
Very friendly and thorough. I am enjoying my hearing aids.
Beltone hearing aids aren't working well for me and I will only be wearing them when I'm going to be with people. If you are considering buying them do your research and don't assume the Beltone brand is right for you
