Jesse and April have been very helpful with giving correction to my hearing loss with new Beltone advanced hearing aids Both are knowledgable of their products, professional, friendly They took the time to listen to my needs and then came up with programs for the new units. Extremely helpful. Battery in hearing aid that charges via USB port was dead. Checked my warranty and found it was still active. Hearing aids replaced.
I have had dealings with another hearing aid center in the past. They promised me the world and delivered very little. Mr. Jesse Rangel, it seems to me, is more concerned with making sure you are treated with care and respect, not pushing anything and everything on you that you really don’t need just to sell you something and send you on your way. I look forward to working with Mr. Rangel, and would recommend him if you are considering getting hearing aids for yourself or a family member.
