Extremely helpful. Battery in hearing aid that charges via USB port was dead. Checked my warranty and found it was still active. Hearing aids replaced.
I have had dealings with another hearing aid center in the past. They promised me the world and delivered very little. Mr. Jesse Rangel, it seems to me, is more concerned with making sure you are treated with care and respect, not pushing anything and everything on you that you really don’t need just to sell you something and send you on your way. I look forward to working with Mr. Rangel, and would recommend him if you are considering getting hearing aids for yourself or a family member.
I found Jesse at Beltone Rangels to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Jesse ask my problem. I told him, and gave him my hearing aids. He came back and told me to try them, That He to vacuum out some water and clean them. That did the trick as I could tell he had fixed the problem.
