The moment I walked into the office, a warm welcome greeted me from Director Jerry Tan. Then Patrick began the tests efficiently and afterwards explained to me clearly the results and the options I have for the hearing aids and their various features. Patrick was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I look forward to enjoying my new pair of hearing aids and another pleasant experience at Beltone Glendale. I very highly recommend them.
The people at Beltone are always so helpful and pleasant and efficient. They know what the are doing and I always have the sense that my needs are being taken care of. I always leave happier than when I arrived.

Patrick and Daniella at Beltone are fantastic. They are so patient, kind, and compassionate and helped my elderly aunt with her hearing aide needs to the best of their ability. They accommodated us in every way with a followup appointment and adjustments in the hearing aides. We really appreciate everything they did for us and would recommend them highly.
I love this place! Who knew that I would be saying things like “I love my hearing aids”? I literally announce my superpower when people are mumbling, I say to them “speak up” or I’m turning up my hearing aids :-) and it works. I went in today for the first time to see if there were any updates and the way that I was treated was so cordially with such expertise… This is the epitome of great service … and a great product!
