I'm so impressed with Matt and Brooke since I first began taking my mom there. She has dementia and is not the easiest person to deal with. Matt always talks to her with kindness and empathy, explains what she doesn't understand and always makes her feel better about wearing a hearing aids. Angela is also very willing to help with anything from appointments to fittings. Matt has even went to the facility she's in a few times to help her just out of the kindness of his heart.
