Richard and staff are very helpful and professional. Richard explained everything thoroughly and I had several appointments after my purchase, every time I went to the office the staff was so nice and helpful and Richard was always prompt and I never had to wait. I highly recommend Beltone and especially the Warner Robins office. I love my hearing aids!!!
