Excellent service
I started with a different location and frankly, I think I would have stopped wearing my earring aids if I had not decided to try a new office. Tray, the audiologist and Chelsea, the receptionist are professional and friendly! I felt listened to and the audiologist took the time to explain my concerns and helped me understand how to maximize my experience! I actually look forward to my check ins! (AND they have Andes mints as a snack!!)
I enjoy working with Hearing life's Dr's and employees they are very helpful and knowledgeable 🙂
Trey Vincent and Chelsea on 91st Street were extraordinary! Great customer service! Plus gave effective consultation on cleaning hardware, and suggesting cost/effective ways to keep my hearing aides in best condition.
