The staff is wonderful. The audiologist was great. He made it so smooth and easy to get my new hearing aids. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get their hearing checked.

I was able to go by the office in Gastonia without an appt. and Mr. Cato fixed it on the spot! He did this at no cost. I highly recommend because his customer service is top notch!
