Harlen is best hearing place you could ever go too. So caring and individual attention is the best. I saw Christine today due to both hearing aids not working. She replaced a wire in them and reset them. Working perfect. She was awesom, caring, took time to explain good tips to me. She is a true asset to Beltone in Gastonia. I got a pair of Hearing Aid, from Beltone Hearing center, The first pair did not work out for me due to a high pitch sound with the call waiting. Harlan, spent a long time trying to fix the issue. He was so patient and kind. after going in several times and trying to fix the issue, we decided a new pair Hearing Aid,‘s might work out a lot better for me. I have so many good things to say about Harlan at Beltone Hearing that I don't know where to start. I recently brought my dad there for a hearing test nearly 2 yrs after a failed attempt to get him hearing aids at an ENT place (won't share the name). And oh my, was I in for a surprise! We have nothing but praise for Harlan and Taylor at Beltone Hearing. Even though we were from out of town, Harlan tried to fix my non-working hearing aids, and when that failed, provided a loaner pair until my own could be repaired and returned. Throughout our appointment, they were very positive and helpful, reassuring from start to finish.
