Traci took extra time and effort to clean and install new speakers in my hearlng aids. She also performed a cognitive test and gave me another hearing test. Traci and her receptionist, Daun, always provide a friendly and professional atmosphere. Top Notch Service and Equipment! Same great service and courteous people. Extra effort was shown again by Traci and Daun in assisting me with hearing aid and cell phone connection.
The Beltone Hearing store in Lady Lake on Hiway 441 has been highly recommended by friends, and we also highly recommend this store ourselves. My wife and I visited here a couple weeks ago after making an appointment with Traci Gamble. Wife was tested, and tried out the Envision hearing aids in the office under several different settings, which can be copied right in the office.
