We are always happy to go to Beltone in Batavia The girls are always very sweet and helpful in any thing that we need help with It is so great that we don’t have to pay an extra fee each time we go there to have our hearing aids cleaned and checked Thank you for the excellent service Harold and Pat

I’m very satisfied with the service and care at this Beltone office. Both the audiologist, Michelle, and the receptionist( also named Michelle) are both welcoming. My only concern is that I wish that there was an office closer to Rochester NY.
