Worst service very unprofessional I have 3 years trying to get an hearing aid from here. They don follow up with you. Worst receptionist, doesn t even call you back when she saids so. All they do is steal your money n when you ask about it and try to get it back they come up with a lie about that money went to a ear mold. Don t waist your time, that s all they like to do. They waisted more than 3 years of my life when I could ve went some where else and gotten my hearing aid by now.

Met one of your Beltone fitters Bruce Mayhew in Southern IL when I was there visiting. He was concerned about my moms hearing and shared the excitement of what the new True hearing aids are doing for his patients who attend church serivces where my mom does. What a caring and compassionate person and a great reflection of your Beltone company.

They love to take your money,but when their product doesnt perform they drag their feet to refund you. If you are old......they will take advantage of you.
I have very much enjoyed my experience with Beltone. They have really given me a whole new outlook on life. They are friendly, helpful, and proffessional. They really know what they are doing. Thank you Beltone. They have been under new ownership and management for the last 2 years.
This is a first rate Company. I mailed in my hearing aid as I dont live in Yuma. They made repairs to my broken hearing aid that included a new mike, bonnet, and provided a new battery. I received my repaired hearing aid in the mail the next day. Annnnnd This company returns phone calls!!!!
