Responding for my 96 yr old mom. Hearing lost in 1 ear. Called for an Appointment. Got in same day. She’s happy only needed cleaning. I am her advocate.

I received new hearing aids a little over a week ago , I waited to see how they worked before leaving a review , I'm very pleased with them and would highly recommend them .
Very professional. Got me in right on time. I was having some serious hearing issues. Do not expect my hearing to come back completely, but the new hearing aids definitely help. Scott Jones and Kristine are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The small, fluffy dog (Peanut) is friendly and partial to dehydrated beef liver. Kristene will probably supply you with a piece. I had finished voting and closed my Best of Omaha account without including Beltone (my bad). I will reopen it and make amends.
