Harlan Cato is the consummate professional whose years of experience made my purchase of Beltone Hearing Aids not only pleasant but extremely educational. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years and this was the first time the Audiologist took the time to explain to me the specifics of my hearing loss and the importance of the set up of my devices. Bravo Bravo !!! Harlan changed my world for the better. Would give 10 stars if i could.
Nations Hearing (agent for Aetna Ins) has this location as "in network." N.H. set up an appt and sent me there. Got a hearing test. It was explained to me, in great detail, what "changes/enhancements" were manually being made to the hearing test. I had to go back for changes to some of these "manual adjustments" as I literally took the hearing aides out while traveling down the highway. Could not stand to have them in. Other sounds around the house were very jarring to say the least. When back for adjustments. A time frame w... read more

Harlan S Cato, BS-HIS went above and beyond with our dad when he was visiting North Carolina from Michigan. He diagnosed the problem with his hearing aids and adjusted them while offering a long term solution. We only wish my dad could see him as his normal provider!
