Nations Hearing (agent for Aetna Ins) has this location set up as "in network." N.H. set up an appt and sent me there. Got a hearing test. It was explained to me, in great detail, what "changes/enhancements" would manually be made to the hearing test. I had to go back for changes to some of these "manual adjustments" as I literally took the hearing aides out while traveling down the highway. Could not stand to have them in. Harlan S Cato, BS-HIS went above and beyond with our dad when he was visiting North Carolina from Michigan. He diagnosed the problem with his hearing aids and adjusted them while offering a long term solution. We only wish my dad could see him as his normal provider!
