Harlan Cato the Provider and Nancy the Patient Care Coordinator are amazing!!They care so much about their patients and the best hearing care. My husband and I learned so much and his new devices are so well tuned for his particular hearing loss that we are in awe! Thank you Harlan!!
Customer service and incredibly knowledgeable. Was able to fix and "tune-up" my hearing aids, saving me a bunch of time and money. Feel like I have a new set!!! Highly recommend!!!! Will definately buy my next set there.
My Aunt was visiting from Georgia and having a hard time with her hearing aids. Not only did Mr. Harlan’s office get us in quickly but he almost immediately was able to solve ALL of her issues unlike her regular office in GA. You can tell Harlan has a love for helping people and a real expertise when it comes to hearing aids. I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you, Harlan!
