If you think you may need hearing aids, Beltone Hearing Aids Center in Matthews is the place to go. Sharon knows her stuff. Very friendly and professional. Her receptionist, Sue, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend.

The facility was clean and fresh. The staff/representatives were warm and friendly. The care was very professional. I enjoy going to the Beltone Center at 600 Minthill Road. The staff are very pleasant, caring, and professional. The area is clean and smells fresh. I would highly recommend anyone that needs hearing health care.
The secretary blond woman was so heartless and mean to me, I asked for two hearing molds tubes that are dried up and cracked, I needed is two hearing mold tubes, she gave me a dirty unprofessional look like I am stupid and invalid. She doesn’t know what she is talking about and is totally rude. There was no person in the waiting room, I asked her if I could see an audiologist or doctor that handles them. I never thought I’d start losing my hearing but here I am! The two women at Beltone made it a great experience. They’re knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were answered and the price wasn’t as bad as I there would be (but I also had a deal through AARP). I highly recommend this place
