I was very impressed with the candor and helpfulness of Ms . Leslie Cyr, the Hearing Instrument Specialist at Beltone's Bedford location. Not only did she adeptly remove long-existing ear wax from from both of my ears, but she honestly presented what the prospects for my being able to manage my hearing needs without hearing aids. We arrived at a joint judgement that a trial period is justified to determine what my hearing capabilities are now with the substantial ear wax removed.
