Audiologist was 5 star. Professional and informative. Staff was very disappointing, Arrived for my 9 am appt , staff didn't arrive until 9:15 to open doors. Office rescheduled appointment due to cold weather then provided the wrong date for the new appointment. These are not 1 time events. If they give incorrect information their resolution is " are you interested in driving to Winona or Eau Claire?." Not sure what's going on as Beltone has been my provider for years.
