I had a minor problem with one hearing aid. It was inspected, sent back for repairs and back to me a few days. I've known guys with other brands that wait a month or longer to get theirs back.

Beltone on Hwy 200 is an outstanding office to work with. They are very knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. I had a follow up as my hearing aids seemed to not be the standards that were expected. Without question they were tested and sent in for repair. I received them back in a very timely manner and they are great! Thank you for your excellent customer service.
