The appointment was in a comfortable environment. The audiologist was professional but relaxed with an easygoing manner. As for the hearing aids themselves, I bought the top of the line - Envision 17. They are comfortable and unobtrusive. I didn't realize what I've been missing. I can look people in the eye instead of trying to read lips. I wasn't even aware I was doing that until I could hear. *NOTE - I've o
