Sandy was fantastic. Patient. Took care of all issue that popped up. Loved the time to explain my hearing loss and future care
Recently, having an elderly parent move in and not knowing much about her Bell Tone hearing aids I reached out to the closet office. (Which was 2 minutes away). Amy was more than willing to educate me on how to use and clean the hearing aids. She was so compassionate and helpful in getting all of my questions.
Very friendly and helpful. Very professional and kind answers all questions, perfect in put you at ease and answers all your questions. Will be telling everyone to go there and no other place. You're the best ever. 💖💞💖💙🩵💛💚❤️
C called this am with a problem. Sandie called back with a 1:15 appointment available. She immediately I recognized my issue and fixed it. How could you ask for better service and professionalism!!
