Sandy Hughes deserves every one of these 5 stars. She normally works from he High Point office. She rescheduled her day to cover the Thomasville office the day my 90+ yr old mother was to have her hearing aids activated. Had Sandy not done this it would have created a huge mess for us. Once at the office Sandy took great care to help my mom through all her concerns and worries. When you see first hand her care and patience it makes you grateful that life put her on your path. Recently, having an elderly parent move in and not knowing much about her Bell Tone hearing aids I reached out to the closet office. (Which was 2 minutes away). Amy was more than willing to educate me on how to use and clean the hearing aids. She was so compassionate and helpful in getting all of my questions.
