I sooo appreciated Amanda C., the hearing specialist in this Albemarle Road office. She was patient, very knowledgeable and helped me with the best plan possible for my hearing & budget needs. It was a totally good experience!
The receptionist was rude and condescending... "I have been here for 20 years... and anybody can connect the hearing device to their phone," she says. Mom takes Dad in and she cannot get his phone to work with the hearing aids. They did when they sold them to him for a few thousand dollars just 5 months earlier. And for crying out loud! Please learn how to answer the phone and ask how you can assist or how you can help someone.
Very unhappy with the service here. My grandfather depends on his hearing aids and cannot hear at all without them. He has been led around by this company and has been treated very unfair.
When the other person was there he told my Father the company was sending him a new pair of hearing aids because his other one was not working and he did receive them. And now they took them back and said that they wasn’t his to keep. I do not recommend this place.
