I've taken my hearing aids in several times. They have been sent off to be fixed and when I get them back they work 1 to 2 months and then one will quit working. I took it in today, May 5th, I was told that they have done all that they can do to fix it. He told me that the best thing I could do was to wait until I could and then buy my hearing aids from another co.pany.

After talking with the owner, he contacted me after seeing this review and we reached a mutual agreement on resolving the situation that truly worked for not just me but them also. I now have a set of hearing aids. They are greatand i appreciate all that Beltone has done to correct what went wrong. THANK YOU I'm just beyond livid. I'm just beyond livid. I went in November i went to Mobile AL location on Airport Blvd for hearing tests and seek hearing aids. ( i knew i needed them. The Audiologist was not very friendly. After the hearing tests she said she'd get some ordered. I was never given an option of style, pricing, nothing. This is Beltone's corporate office headquarters. Beltone is a fantastic place to work and provides the best quality hearing aids and care to the patients they serve in hearing care locations across the country!
Non responsive, non caring, false promises, expensive, crooks! 0 customer service skills. They literally won't even reach out to you. Go anywhere else for hearing aids please do yourself that favor.
