Good experience. Chris was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.....seemed skilled in performing the hearing tests and explaining test results... answered all my questions honestly.
I enjoyed my visit to Beltone today. Chris is very professional while engaging in conversation to learn more about his client. I asked Chris to check my right ear aid because I felt the sound was not as pure as it had been. He cleaned both aids and put a new cover on the right one which protects the filter. Sound in both are fine now. I enjoyed my visit.
