I was a little apprehensive at first and did a lot of research on the different brands and companies. I liked the products at Beltone and also the excellent customer service reviews. Chris was very pleasant, and extremely helpful. He was even kind enough to suggest I wait until January to purchase new hearing aids, so I'd have the newest updates. A lot of places would have just taken my money and ran. I highly recommend Beltone for your hearing needs
