Beltone advertises that the hearing assessment is free. What they don’t say is that a copy of said assessment is $75.00. The products and service are not a good value. They asked during the interview, if I wanted a copy of the assessment sent to my Doctor. That gave me a feeling of complete transparency. What they didn’t ask me, who is your Doctor. The office is a convenient location, but every thing else is substandard.
I highly recommend this office for all your audiology needs. The staff are so polite and helpful.
