Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything that was going to happen and how each test was going to be done. After testing, gave a complete review of the test and any options that might be necessary for better hearing if needed.
Always prompt and friendly service. Educates me on my hearing aids and gives suggestions on other products I may need to improve the use of my hearing aids
