I'm usually quite happy with customer service, but lately they seem to have forgotten that they also have an office in Hastings NE. I showed up for my appointment that had been scheduled 3 months in advance, and there was nobody there. I called, texted, and finally rescheduled online. I showed up for my new appointment this morning, and there was nobody there. I called the Grand Island NE office and left a message, but got no callback. Misti was very helpful. She "heard" me when I told her I've been wearing hearing aids for nearly 50 years and appreciated the simplicity of the old analog aids. I am therefore looking at a basic aide which will be much more affordable for me. She also let me know how I could get my old hearing aid fixed and took care of flex-tube replacement on the aide I was wearing. Very happy with my appointment today.
Glad for the friendly service and also the ease of having a Beltone product since I travel a lot.
I had a very good time at the Beltone office. The lady who did the testing was very nice and talented at her job.
