Misty looked at my file and took my hearing aids and said she would send them in because the warranty was about to expire. I'm glad you all caught that so it could be corrected
The lady was very friendly and she asked and answered questions very well. She gave me some new advice that I needed. I appreciate the visit I had to the office.
