Wow. They really deserve all these 5 star reviews. Kevin and Logan are great. (I got my hearing aids while they were still at the Vandalia location.) Pleasant and friendly. Answered all my questions. Kevin helped me to find a solution for my situation. I'm very happy with the follow up service. By the way, I've been wearing hearing aids a long time then stopped for about 10 years and just got back to wearing them again. The new technology surprised me. My 91 yr old Mom went here to get her hearing checked and they of course talked her into getting $7000 hearing aids! Once she realized she could get alot cheaper ones online she canceled order. Now can't get her $250 deposit back because of some contract she signed. You places shouldn't prey on old people by explaining things too fast and talking them into more than they need
Stacy is the provider here. She’s great. The office was very clean and friendly.
I was recommended by a co worker. My experience was great, there wasn’t any pressure to buy he didn’t try to sell me anything. Will be back in a year to have my ears rechecked
