My 91 yr old Mom went here to get her hearing checked and they of course talked her into getting $7000 hearing aids! Once she realized she could get alot cheaper ones online she canceled order. Now can't get her $250 deposit back because of some contract she signed. You places shouldn't prey on old people by explaining things too fast and talking them into more than they need

I brought my grandmother here , she came from sam's club and was having a lot of issues hearing still . She came here and was very well taken care of. she hears so much better now and has rechargeable so she doesn't have to worry about batteries anymore. She also gets to see someone for free every 3 months to have them cleaned and a free yearly test. Very happy with the service
