When I walked in, the lady at the front desk made sure to speak clearly and looking at me so I could read her lips. The audiologist was friendly and approachable. She spent the time I needed to explain what she was recommending and why, and answered all of my questions. Edited: I had to go back a couple times to get my hearing aids tuned/adjusted.
