I was disppointed that no one checked my ears or hooked my hearing aids up to the computer to be checked at my 6 mo appt. I had noticed I wasn't hearing as well and thought my aids would be checked.
Excellent service
The people at Family Audiology are great. They don't just sell you a product and disappear. They have you come in at set appointment intervals throughout the product use cycle. My previous provider was great at making sure I bought their product but never really helped me along the way. Family Audiology will. They will take care of you.
