Excellent knowledge and service
I got a quick appointment and the staff couldn't have been friendlier.
Randy Fuller was great. He visually showed me that I may have an infection and was able to book me with a ENT doctor right away. I also made an appointment for my parents to see him next week.
Friendly staff and quick and easy service. Monica and Brett are the best!
My mom was visiting and her hearing aids weren't working well. We stopped by the Herubert Heights location and Brett was kind enough to clean the ear wax and other crud out of them so they worked much better, free of charge. (He also let us know the batteries could only charge to 90% capacity and should be replaced at some point.)
