The people there are very professional, thorough and kind. The product, the hearing aids I was ultimately fitted with are fine. I wish I could change the seal size myself with a variety of sizes easily available to me. Takes some time to find the one that works best. Daily changes may be necessary until each patient finds the ones that feel and work for them. Anne Marie was very sweet and kind. She talked me through every detail before the test and what she was going to do before hand. When she put the hearing aid in my ear and I was able to hear, I cried cause everything wasn’t muffled to me. She as very under standing. Thank you Anne Marie.
