Dr. Ridley, he has thee best bedside manner and has been our family doctor for more years than I care to eenter here. He always takes the time to sit and listen to what his patient is saying before jumping to a conclusion. He also knows when its time to punt and consult you to a specialist. Top of the tops. He is the rare PCP that started in a H/C system that valued patients health over the in/out model (very short visit). I gladly use the patient portal to send my questions / concerns ahead of time. He is a rare PCP model that insurance companies need to embrace as a patient care producing model.
