Grouse Mountain Lodge is fine! Grouse Mountain Lodge is a superb place to stay, winter or summer season. The rooms are great and the staff is very friendly. The prices are average for the area and what you are getting. Recommended.
Great food in a Historic atmosphere This is a great place to eat only minutes from the entrance to West Glacier. I had the Wild Mushroom Bruschetta and the Flathead Valley Chop which were both delicious. They have a decent wine selection and a smallish bar area with a wonderful fireplace. The Chalet was built in 1910 and has been restored with great care. It really is a special place to have dinner. Highly recommended. p.s. If you stay the night watch out for the "ghost of Belton Chalet"
