Great price, not great customer service. We made an appointment to have someone come work on our washer and they canceled an hour before the appointment window because the tech “didn’t know how to work on top load washing machines”. This was super frustrating because I took off work so I could be home to get this done. I don’t know why they scheduled the appointment if they didn’t have someone available. The price to have someone come out was very reasonable but I was frustrated at the way they handled the situation.

Called them because my dryer broke a belt because it got overloaded. They were quick to come out so they could get their $60 diagnostic fee, then quoted me almost $300 for the repair. Less than $20 in parts and what I researched should be 60-75min worth of work. Spoke to their manager Jesus and he couldn't really clarify why the cost was so high. I used to rent out an apartment in Belton, this was the place I called for help with the freezer. The men were fast, nice and got it working in a short amount of time. Price was great!

Screwed my boyfriend out of 60 bucks for a service call. They came out and broke the dryer more Offered to come back out to fix the thing they broke for 225. Garbage service.
