I hope they lose their operating license!! They allowed a third party to go through/search our belongings, stole and replaced confidential and important documents. This is in addition to breaking, damaging, staining our belongings. The third party, a famous medical/teaching institution in Atlanta transferred my information from one hard drive to another, stole and replaced medical documents. We good stuck using this company through a corporate relocation. From Brian screwing up the initial walk thru, mis-quoting time and materials, from the corporate office switching teams around because "this happens all the time in this business" per Stacy, then you should be prepared for it. Items broken, un-truths told; for example our entertainment center fell apart, when I personally watched them pack it and dissemble it so no it did not. Help is on the way, when no one shows up. Terrible movers!! They are contracted movers NOT employees. Damaged items , missing items( that we saw loaded into their moving truck). They will NOT pay for their damages. Rude claims dept. Have moved extensively with the military and NEVER had so many problems. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very disappointed with Beltmann group. In state move. VALUABLE lamps delivered unprotected in open box with golf clubs! torn upholstery on chair, lost big screen power plug, bent wrought iron table. Bought insurance but paid pennies on the dollar! Then took forever to get measly check. Sales rep NOWHERE to be found in processing claim. BUYER (Mover) beware! Never again.
